The Mining site and the proposed project will create employment opportunities to the local people directly and indirectly, in the “NO Industrial Area” as under:-.
Direct Employment
Mining Site : 300 employees on attaining Peak Rated capacity
Steel Plant : 800 employees on completion of Second Phase.
Indirect Employment
around 2000 employments indirectly on transportation , eateries, hospitalities etc.
The company guarantees to provide employment to one person from each family of the farmers whose land is to be acquired for the plant at Kondseri village, near Ashti, once the commercial production at the proposed plant is commenced .
